small leak in roof, last storm (a few days ago), believe that side of the roof needs replacing, so want an estimate on that, and then the complete roof written estimate also.

The home is 1584 sq ft. The home is a basement rancher with a two-sided roof there are not any other angles. I would want the existing shingles taken off and a new layer put on.

tear off and re shingle with 30 year, or contractor recommended shingle. house has 2 large dormers, and we would like to add ridge vent (price separately) for future finished attic space. footprint of home is 1,400 per floor, 2-1/2 story. some indication of prior ice-damming where newer addition has less slope and backs up to higher pitched roof.

May need complete new roof. With heavy winds and rain I have visible saturation in garage with wet damp odor. Have not been able to check attic.
